Take the opportunity to not only look after your physical body but also your subtle body and mind, while connecting with your child. Whether you have had a very advanced practice in the past or are completely new.
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal classes prepare both you and your baby for birth and motherhood through movement, meditation and relaxation.
The style I teach is rather energetic - so you have the opportunity to really work the body and mind while being thoughtful of your baby and changing body. I also incorporate Hypnobirthing into my classes allowing for deep relaxation and building confidence in preparation for birth.
Postnatal Yoga
Rebuild your physical strength and stability postpartum while also taking the time to go inwards and connect with your thoughts, emotions and needs.

A.K.A "Mama + Baby Yoga", as we practice exercises that are also fun for your baby - they remain curious and you have an opportunity to bond (or to work with a few extra kilos!). ;)
Where can I practice?
I am currently offering group classes at LOBE Block (U8, Gesundbrunnen):
Mondays from 11:00-12:00 (Postnatal) and 12:30-13:30 (Prenatal).
